The Pointe Cafe

This place needs to shut down! The oldest guy working there gives you so much attitude when you tell him they got the order wrong. He needs a couple of classes on Customer Service. Also, the portions are never consistent. For example, sometimes you'll get a nice portion or fries, sometimes you get 6 fries in total. The owner must be a complete moron to let these mistakes happen. Another reason they need to shut down, they serve old bread, I found mold one time. Let's not even mention the mouse I saw running across the salad bar!!! Seriously, whoever let these people work there, needs to get demoted or fired! No wonder so many people at 400 and 395 Oyster Blvd would rather get into their cars and drive somewhere else to get an edible lunch!
