Fantasy Frostings

We were referred to Fantasy Frostings by the Shutters Hotel where we planned our wedding. We had contacted a number of bakeries without success before connecting with Lisa at fantasy Frostings. From the first email, she had a "can do' attitude. Our situation was difficult in that we live in Germany and had to communicate everything via email. Also, our requests were a bit unusual. Because we began our relationship when we were living cross continent ( I was in San Francisco and my wife-to-be was in New York), we wanted two cakes. One in the shape of the Empire State Building and one in the shape fo the Golden Gate Bridge. Further complicating things, we wanted the GGB cake to be made of ice cream (this was where all other bakeries balked). Well, the cakes were fantastic!!! Everyone oohhed and ahhed....and they tasted GREAT too!!!
