Claron Perry began designing homes in 1978 as a sideline to his full time job as an Industrial Designer (BA 1976 BYU). He had previously spent five years in the Art and Architecture Program at the U of U, learning the architecture field and its basics. Early in the 1980s, after moving back to Utah after two years employment in South Carolina, Claron started Architectural Concepts, a design firm concentrating on custom homes and residential home design. Our customers are homeowners as well as contractors building multiple homes. Since that beginning around ten thousand homes have been built from Claron's plans through Architectural Concepts. He has designed homes throught the west including LaJolla CA, Hollywood CA, Palm Springs CA, Las Vegas NV, Seattle WA, Idaho Falls ID, Jackson Hole WY and throughout Utah. Architectural Concepts has been located in South Jordan Utah for twenty-four years ¿ central to the growth area of the Salt Lake Valley. Architectural Concepts has been a bastian of design services through all the market changes of the past years. Home additions and remodeling, as well as tenant improvements in existing buildings also fall under the expertise of Architectural Concepts.
