Everything that's wrong with this place can be summed up in one word: Lupe. Piece of work, that one. She's one of a family of owners. The others are cool, but she is rude and condescending. I've been there a lot, and never had a problem with anyone else. The staff can't stand her either, which is no surprise. She needs to drink a big cup of STFU.

Place sucks, bad sevicewaitress keeps your debit card if i u dont ask. They charge u xra on ur tab if ur not looking! Place sucks, avoid it

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!

I am a South Gate Resident and was excited about this new place opening up in our area. I took my wife, my 13 year old daughter, and my 1 year old baby for what I thought would be a nice dinner and a pleasant experience. We were sitting at our table for 10 minutes without so much as a server bringing us menus or asking us if we would like to order something. We were flat out ignored by the servers as they walked by our section. I understand the place is fairly new and so I asked to speak to the manger. I wasn't looking for a free meal nor any type of compensation for the lousy service. I just assumed they would be interested in knowing how their employees are performing to prevent any negative impact on their customers. I was polite in my approach but the manager Lupe, was very indifferent to my comments and plain out rude. I advised her that as a resident of the community I wanted to support her business but as a consumer I was also expecting good customer service. She seemed annoyed at my comments and said that if I didn't like their service to leave. I was thrown back by her comment since that is neither good customer service nor good business practice. She then said that if we didn't leave she was going to get the security guard to throw us out. Keep in mind my party wasn't a bunch of drunken guys but rather a family with a 1 year old baby and a young teenage girl. I will NEVER give my business to them if this is how they treat their customers.
