for anyone in the south deerfield area don't ever apply to giannifigs in the center of town, not only did he fire me after hiring me, showing me around, giving me my uniform he then proceeds to unprofessionally scream at me when i walked in telling me he never hired me after giving me my uniform, the menu, showing me the POS system, texting me about when to come in and do my W2, telling me when the soft opening is & when we were to actually open. He then knew he did something wrong & got upset about my honest review to the point where he blocked me from the restaurants page. Offered me $200 to basically keep my mouth shut & not write a bad review or give his restaurant any negative attention. After screaming at me to the point where i was crying he told me he didn't care about my problems or the fact i had a family to take care and that " it wasn't the only job in the world "which i was aware of BUT he OFFERED me the job, none of it makes sense. I've never met someone so unprofessional in my life. The business has been open a day and there's already drama & i wouldn't EVER waste your money going to this ridiculous unprofessional dump, or maybe you should seeing as i'll bet you my soul GianniFig's won't be open for long.
