Creekside Elementary School

i have 3 small children that goes to creekside this yr. last yr i had 4. around the end of the yr my kids came home stating the school had roaches. i figured maybe they saw beetles and confused them for roaches... well right before school let out i found a roach in my bug free home.. i was so disgusted and angered!!!! we didnt have roaches in our home till around the end of the school yr. now we have them b/c ms price didnt do anything to fix the problem at the school when it started. my oldest child which this yr is going to east hardin middle school said last yr she was eatting her lunch and had saw a roach on her cracker she had just droped.. whenever a child reported thes roaches to the school these children were told oh dont worry about it. then the school started getting alot of complaints and finally the last day of school my oldest heard ms price saying she needed to get a pest control guy out to the school. but by then alot of homeowners already had roaches due to her not taking care of the unsanitary issues as soon as she was known about them. now i am having to pay 180.00 every 3 months just to get rid of roaches i never had when i bought my home. does anybody else have roaches when they didnt have them before? b/c if so i say we all should present a bill to the school and talk to the health department. roaches can cause breathing problems and carry very nasty dieases. there is so many things they can cause not to mention they reproduce like crazy. not to mention they r very nasty critters!!!!!! i have never seen a roach like this but when i called out a pest control guy he said it was roaches not beetles!!!! i bought my home around october and didnt have any kind of pests. now i got roaches!!!! urgggggggggggg!!! we r very clean people. lets all get together and make sure this school pays for what they have allowed to move into our homes. as homeowners we got enough to worry about and one of them shouldnt be if our kids r in unsanatary schools that bring a roach infestion into our homes. befrore we moved here my 5 kids myself and husband visited creekside and was so impressed how clean it looked as well as how everybody there was nice. but now i hate the school. beside the roaches ms price ha tried to complain abut little things that isnt an issue. like um why does a parent need to pull up to have one of them open the door for your child if theres a line.i just unloaded my own children at the curbing just like the others was doing but had an adult opening the door. i was opening the door for my kids instead and iving them hugs. i took no longer then a few secs so it wasnt like i was holding up others. then instead of saying something to me she said something to my small child. she has nit picked since we have been here. andi let her knew right away i wasnt going to put up with her bs. and as long as i was safetly dropping off my kids for school there is nothing she can or say about it. first day i met her she gave me a dirty look. she acts one way but shows her tush when others dont notice. she is a horriable principal and has no right being one or running a school.... you dont confront a child for something a parent does and threaten the child with detention if the parent does something again. it isnt proper nor is it the childs fault for what a parent does.
