For thousands of children, young adults and adults, we have been - and continue to be - a place to refuel, recharge, and remember the value of keeping one's body fit, to keep the mind focused, and the spirit strong. We teach a brand of self-defense that transcends our physical "art" and includes the self-defense skills of kindness, empathy, community, and compassion.

        Top Notch place

        My son is 12 and has been attending classes at Sonoma Taekwondo Center for just over 2 years. He never was really a sports guy but wanted to try taekwondo. He LOVES it. It is more than just learning self defense here. It's about helping a child develop into a good person.



        I highly recommend Sonoma Taewkwondo...HIGHLY~
