I went there today to look at buying my wedding bands. The lady who helped me looked miserable! Not to mention when she put my ring in a diamond enhancer i didn't like it she then walked away with my ring to a lady sitting down behind the counter, I am watching as the lady is using a tool trying to separate my ring from the enhancer ( what looked like needle nose pliers) when she finally came back she brought me look at a different selection of ring not realizing i put my ring back on my finger. I wish I looked at it right away instead i realize when i get home that it is all hacked up exactly where you would put those tools near the prongs. They knew what they did they are professional and got away with it if i could only pull their cameras!!!! THANKS FOR RUINING MY DIAMOND RING!!!
