Jeffries Heating & Air

This company shines as far as customer response time. We called for an air conditioning service request on a hot steamy KY day. As promised, Jake arrived the next day at the time specified. Getting a return phone call from a KY contractor, I have found is rare and getting someone to come at the time they state is even more rare. But Jefferies honors their word and the service provided was top notch. Jake was very professional and had our air conditioning fixed in a short time.

This is one of the first times I have ever given a perfect score in a review, but then again, this is the first time I have ever come across a Small Business like Jeffries. The owner, Courtney, is one of the nicest and most professional owners I know. His information, attention to detail, and all around caring of the customers he supports, is something you won’t find that easily anymore. My wife and I had many questions and he took the time and patience to answer all of them. He showed us a plan on how we could save money, get ourselves an excellent system, and literally surpass our expectations. When it was time to install, the workmen who came with him went out of their way to be extremely neat and also professional. Everything was completed on time and perfectly. I would not hesitate to say that if you are in the market for someone to help you with an existing heating/air unit, or looking to perhaps upgrade; allow these men to sit down with you and develop a plan which will get it done right the first time.

I did just that and what a difference it makes in our home.
