The worst doctor to see for anything! The nurses there are very rude, talk about you in front of you in Russian. Not knowing that you're Russian as well. I went in their to confirm a pregnancy. Helen Plavink confirmed I was pregnant and instructed me to go do a blood test. At the time, the nurse was performing the test, she asked me if the prenatal vitamins I had with me were mine. They were given to me by Helen Plavink. I said, yes because the doctor said I was pregnant. The nurse looks at me and says no you're not. I told her how can this be when the doctor just said yes. She shows me my negative pregnancy test. I asked the nurses did the doctor confirm my test before speaking with me, nurses said no the doctor did not look at my test first. Imagine how sad I was to hear this news. I was so excited to find out that I was pregnant just to be devastated 5 minutes later because the doctor didn't do her job correctly. Afterwards, I received a bill from the doctor's office to pay for an ultra sound that they had to do. I refused to pay the bill and called the office to have this taken care off. Well, the office manager Galena that I spoke with, didn't care about the whole situation. I didn't even get an apology out of her. She, instead was very rude, all they wanted was their money. I would not recommend anyone to use this doctor or her nurses ever again. She has caused me emotional distress that didn't need to happen. I hope this review helps anyone who was interested in using this doctor and to stay away from her practice.
