Honest, they know the products they sell. This was my fourth purchase in three years, washer ,dryer, stove, microwave, next a new refrigerator. Thanks Johnny.

Total rip-off! The technician came out for less than 10 minutes. Told me "we can't get parts" and handled me a a bill for $69.00. He made no effort to look up the part. I called Buzz's appliance repair. He came out spent 10 minutes and replaced the part easily. He had it on his truck. He said it was a VERY common part and that any repair facility should have them. When I called back to Johnny's to talk to the technician, he brushed me off completely. No apology, no refund. My only recourse is to let people know how poorly they treated me and to warn others. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE.

Go someplace else. The lady that works there is rude and when I called to speak to "johnny" about it, he was rude too! All I was trying to do was set up an appointment time and they just started jumping all over me. Inexcusable. I called someone else. I tried explaining to "johnny" that I have used him ever since I've lived in Simi which is 45 years. He just lost my business and of course I tell ten people, they tell ten people and so on. I called Buzz's Appliance Repair and lo and behold! They gave me an appointment time! How easy was that? Never again will I do business with them.
