        Now "Budget Inn & Suites," this little gem is a really good place to stay for a reasonable price. The new owners are very friendly and eager to please. They keep the place clean, neat, and in good repair. The rooms are well-appointed, and have nice TVs (29", I think) boasting a large selection of cable channels, including HBO, Fox News, ESPN 1&2, WGN, AMC, TMC, Sci-Fi, and Comedy, among several others. It is conveniently located; quick access to shopping, banking, and dining. They have reasonably priced laundry facilities, and the equipment is similar to residential machines; no having to plug the dryer 2 or 3 times to get your clothes dry! One word of caution: check the mattress/box springs in your room before settling on that room, as some of them are in need of replacing; on a positive note, I understand that is one of the first things they are going to remedy. This may be a "budget" motel, but everything about my four-week stay was excellent, and the service was exceptional.
