They were horrible and scammed my friends. This place does not have your best interest they are money hungry they only care about the money. And they don’t know how to communicate when someone calls and I’m concerned. They have bot been helpful and have SCAMMED plenty of people. Do your reader have before calling them! They are not legit.

They will add additional charges last minute insisting to do it after they move your boxes in the van. In my case, charges literally doubled. They were not willing to work with me, and just told me to speak to customer service. When I did, the woman over the phone did not want to listen to what my situation, she kept cutting me off and was very condescending. This company scammed me out of my money, and unfortunately looking at other reviews that people have submitted after me, it seems as that they are taking belongings as well. Moving is stressful enough as it is, and you want to work w/ a company you can trust. 0 stars!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We planned a move from San Diego, Ca to Tampa, Fl. Started ok until they added $250 more for my motorcycle to enclose it (for protection- their words) which was NEVER done. Then they wanted to place our stuff in storage because they messed up the paperwork and was going to rush it to FL. So our choices were to store our stuff with them for $275 a day or be in Florida (since we drove) in 5 days and be at the location or they would charge us $700 a day until we got there. So we made it to FL in time, well here's where things get BAD!!

They arrive on time- Well I watch them unload the trailer to see my motorcycle that was to be enclosed was strapped to a bed mattress!! Battery acid all over the bike, scratches all over the bike. Overall $600 of damage. Next, our couch which was a year old was broken in the middle. Lastly 60" flat screen TV that we had a custom box to protect it was placed on the STOP shelf of the truck FACE DOWN. They offered us $250 for damages.
