        I really enjoyed my fun-damentals class. It was a good workout without moving too quickly or being too intense for me. The instructor gave me a quick tutorial on using the equipment before class began, which I appreciated. The studio is nice - intimate, but clean and well-appointed. I would have liked a little more explanation on how to engage my core properly in the various exercises, but I will be going back.
