Annex Auto & Towing

Engine was overheating so took it to Annex auto and tow. Staff was unprofessional and rude. Made me feel stupid for letting my car overheat.

One mechanic seemed to know what he was doing but let the other employees handle it. One employee put water into the radiator WHILE it was still burning hot. The water spit back everywhere all over the rest of the car. Very dangerous and even the employee seemed surprised. The mechanic told him you have to wait for the engine to cool down.

They were very quick to diagnose, tell me the radiator was leaking, and told me i had no other options then to pay them $420 for labor and parts.

Seemed like they were trying to make a quick buck rather than truly help me out and what's best for the customer.

I didn't like their attitude, didn't like their professionalism, and was not going to give them my money. I went down the road to shell service station where they diagnosed and fixed the issue for HALF the price Annex tow was charging.

Avoid this place as there are many better options with people that genuinely care about their customers. Not miserable and rude, half witted mechanics.

Most pathetic excuse for a business I've ever come across. Rude, uneducated trash that should be wiped from existence.

I always go their to get my inspection sticker, and have always been provided great service. I always have to bring my son when I come in, but they make sure to always be quick and I've never had them upcharge me something I didn't need. I'm shocked to see other reviews, and hope other people give them a chance because it is great to have them in my community! I also had my breaks done by them and they were nice enough to drive me andmy son home and pick us up so we did not have to wait.

I can't speak to repairs, but I've been taking my car here for inspections for the past 3 years.

1. I call to see if they have time,

2. I give them my keys and registration

3. They inspect my car with great efficiency

4. They charge me the $29

and I'm off in record time. It's always been a very business like, friendly and direct interaction. I'm happy that there is such a convenient and fast option.



The experiences that the other reviewers have had do sound awful and if I were them I wouldn't go back either. I just wanted to add my own perspective to the mix.



4 stars, because I don't know a thing about their repairs.

I should reed about this business before I decide to surprise my husband and go before work to pass my car inspection. Not well educated miserable people trying to put you down. I came in the morning and there were no other customers. I parked my car and left registration on the dashboard and the key in the ignition, ask mechanic if he is available to take my car for inspection and he reply yes and ask me to bring key and registration, I told him that everything inside the car, on which he reply give it to me. OK. Then after 20 min he brought my car back with rejection sticker. !!! I didn't pass safety inspection. That means that I can't drive my car. I don't want to tell you all the details and difficulties I went thru that day, but the end of the story: My car passed inspection in another place and it's safe to drive and I spend $58.00 because I never want to see those lying faces again.

Keep away from this guy. They are NOT professional and friendly. They are doing a lot of mistakes and incompetent in their work. After repairing them drive a car is dangerous to life
