Indian Oaks Mobile Home Park

Indian Oaks was once a good place to live. It seems as if the Dixie's, Elaine's and etc has really ruint the Mobile Home Park. When we first moved in 1998 the rent was only $165.00 a month. I have not seen any improvements, and alot of things taken away and the rent is $300.00 a month. The same tree limb hangs over the trailer that I complained about and nothing have been done about it. It was said to me by Dixie that is why you got insurance for. The tree belongs to the park and should be their responsibility to take care of.
I have ask repeatly to be taken off the lease since I do not live there. Elaine has refused to do. That makes me responsible for anything that my ex wife does. I do not see the problem with the name being removed.
I do not recommend the Indian Oaks for anyone to live there. Elaine is worse than Dixie, with Dixie she would at lease listen to you . Elaine hanges up the phone and cannot take the heat.

Thieves picking on mental and disabled communities Asked for a copy of both 350 dollar inspections. Once when I moved in and again after manager told my buyer right in front of me i was responsible for the second inspection all I got was an annual inspection dated 4/28/2023. Want a copy of all my evidence. She told me a potential buyer is not going to be approved before cooperate office denied him. So he wasted his money. It's been over 45 days. So keep the money!!!! Disabled person and mentally ill person like myself shouldn't be treated this way. Run!!! Don't do it. Manager denies people before the background check is even done. You'll lose your money if the manager doesn't like you Indian oaks pointe

Lived here since 2014. Great place to live in my opinion. Elaine is a very nice person who does her best to resolve any complaint a tenant may have.

I have lived here in Indian Oaks for five years, and I have no real issues. Elaine is awesome and helpful. My daughter bought her own home and lives in the park as well.

I use to live in Indian Oaks. We did complain to the owner and he said Dixie was in charge and he didn't want to hear it. She harasses you if your car is parked in the road even for 5 minutes but she parks in the road every night, because she lives in the park as well. I know someone she evicted while they were in the hospital and the man ended up dying in the hospital leaving his family homeless. They were 2 days late paying their lot payment and before the month was out she filed eviction on them. I also know of siblings that both lived in the park and while having trouble with one of them (because she was harassing them about parking) she went past the other sibling's trailer when they were there and told them they couldn't be there (at their sibling's home).
