My wife and I were approached by a rep in the street for a "courtesy" skin consultation. We knew we were in for a sales pitch but we were on vacation so... Leo applied an under eye cream that is supposed to remove wrinkles. Of course, in the store, it worked so we bought their "special" deal. Later that day the under areas of my eyes turned dark. By evening I had black circles under each eye. Obviously something was wrong. We took pics and emailed to Leo whose response was that I should continue to use the product everyday for a week...totally negating the fact that I looked like I was in a brawl. Today we attempted to return the unopened product and were told that was not possible. Instead, they offered to apply it again, for free. I'm sorry...is no one listening or seeing the adverse reaction. Buyer beware...this is a slick looking retail business in uptown Sedona. They peddle "amazing results" and loads of special pricing with a silver tongue. Alas, at the end of the day, they are snake oil pitchmen. Next call is to corporate and AZ Atty General. When walking uptown Sedona, avoid the corner of 89A and Forest Rd or plan a visit to your physician.

Update: after my first posted review I was sent a text from Leo indicating that corporate was allowing a refund. I was to return the product and then call customer service to coordinate a refund by check. I did as requested but no return call from customer service. This fiasco just keeps getting more unreal. Buyer beware!
