The accountants there were inquisitive towards my tax situation and definitely made an impression to me because my previous accountant never was able to provide to me the complete picture of my business/individual related tax situations. The front desk girl was warm and polite. I filled in new client information sheet and was asked to bring a copy of my previous year's tax return which was essential for the accountants to evaluate my case.
