They will kill you with kindness and completly be 2 faced when its time to move out. READ YOUR CONTRACT AND HAVE AN ATTORNEY! Ended up with me paying $4800 (6 months rent) because i didnt give them the correct notice by 2 days due to my house closing process. The move out inspection went fine with no extra charges due to our great cleanliness. We never missed or had a late rent payment for 2 years. A certain manager who seems nice (LAURIE) was explained my whole house hunting process since day 1 of our move in and still took advantage of a young family trying to start a new life in our first house. Try closing on your new house with that curveball.
