Rolas Auto Repair

I don't not understand why there are so many bad reviews about this place. Those people might not have had a good experience but I did. When I got to the auto repair, the new receptionist assisted me right away and I got my car back in the time they promised me. To me those people are not dishonest and yes I understand things happen but it is not always their fault.The mechanics were very generous and nice to me and I had no problem at all with them. In my opinion I would recommend this place to my friends because they fixed my car as the promised in the time they told me and for me that's all the business needs to do to be good.

Worst auto repair. Worst mechanic and worst receptionist as well.

Don't waste your money here. I regret coming to this place. And yes I am still currently waiting for my car. all it needed was a new starter, brakes and also fixing the gear. I didn't know it takes over 2 months for that? I thought maybe they were pimping my ride. But no. I highly do not recommend this place. I sill have not heard a word on updates in 2 weeks. Actually they don't update you. You have to call them numerous times until they answer to get your updates on your car.

The worst of the worst mainly because of their dishonesty. They required a large deposit up front before starting work on my car. It is over 2 months and they have not finished repairing it. Every time I call, they give me a completely different story what the situation is, on the rare times they pick up the phone. Usually they let it ring and ring or pick up and hang up. Four times they have told me they would call me right back with progress status. Four times they did not keep their word and call me. Not reputable, not honest. Avoid Rolas!!
