This Post Office has terrible customer service!!! I just moved and after driving across town twice to 2 other post offices to find out where my paper paycheck was, i was finally told that this post office would have it based on my zip code. I really needed my paycheck for the upcoming Veterans Day weekend, and since i didn't know this post office closes at 4:30, i barely made it there at 4:30 and i tell the guy i just need to pick up my mail they are holding and it has my paycheck in there, and he's like "sorry we close at 4:30" and shut the door in my face! He could have took 2 minutes to give me my mail KNOWING they won't even be open until Monday! He has terrible customer skills and is very unprofessional!!! The hours should be extended as well. USPS has caused me a HUGE inconvenience and this has got to be the worst post office in Savannah by far!

Stay Away as far as possible. The worst service I ever had in my life. I was asking for additional information about shipping/packaging. The lady told me to "go look at it" (high pitch voice). I would never ever ever step in this place again. Horrible Horrible experience.

How would you provide a service and make people Happy? maybe communication is a key factor.

The post office has none: 1.The phone is kept unanswered. 2. The computer tracking system for packages is always behind (The package sits on the shelf before it register its location). 3. No system is implemented to inform customer. And to top it all, 4. The staff is irresponsible.



If I run my business this way I'll have to rely on HAND-OUTS; Oh yeh I do rely on handouts.
