        Overall

        Very bad customer service. They don't answer e-mails. It took me almost a week just to find out they don't have the item in their warehouse (after numerous of e-mails and phone calls). But they already took money from my account... I canceled my booking with them. That also wasn't easy process. I'll never shop there again.
