Fantastic Sams

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!! I brought in a coupon to get my hair cut which they didn't even honor!! The salon said that I need my hair styled in order for the coupon to be valid! Which by the way, didn't state that on the coupon, plus they cut my hair too short and the receptionist argued that I had a blow dry, yet my hair was dripping wet still. Clearly, she was blind!

My son came with me and they didn't shampoo and give a condition rinse, which is FREE with every cut! (according to their flyer and on their website!) If that wasn't enough...my son said that the hairdresser was taking her aggression out on his hair. She was pulling his hair and pulling his ears while cutting his hair!!!

On top of all of this, they didn't even speak English! Last time I looked....this is America! We're all immigrants from one time to the next....we all learned the English language, why can't they????

the worst place ever!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
