Kenneth M Goldberg, DMD

The patient suffered a disc displacement injury during a root canal while seeing endodontist Dr. Jyoti Bhat in AG. Dr. Bhat sent the patient to Dr. Goldberg for further treatment. Since the two doctors are associates, Dr. Goldberg went out of his way to protect Dr. Bhat from any wrongdoing, when all the patient wanted was treatment and to feel better. Despite evidence of the injury through a MRI, a written report, and other examinations by professionals in the 805, Dr. Goldberg ignored the extent of the injury and tried to manipulate records (I have proof and I’m sure it’s illegal) by saying the patient injured herself through bruxing. The other professionals who examined the patient said it was impossible for the patient to cause her own injury, and impossible for Dr. Goldberg to even say the patient bruxed without an in-depth and proper examination. On many other occasions, Dr. Goldberg lied, denied things he said in the past (there are witnesses), and even used his staff against us. On two appointments, the staff mysteriously “lost” the records and didn’t have them ready during examinations. They promised help and never followed through. Those ladies are the most rude and incompetent the patient has ever experienced. Dr. Goldberg only offered one type of treatment, while other doctors in the 805 had several. He used his position in the industry to manipulate, deceive, and “get away with murder” as the saying goes. Unfortunately, conniving people in power positions like him left an innocent person in pain when all they wanted was to get better.
