Park Terrace Apartments

I have lived here for a year and have had numerous problems. I will give a pro's and cons list. Pro My apartment is huge. 3 bedroom, 2bath, balcony, 1250 square feet. My apartment is cheap. I pay 1850. (although my neighbors say they started that way too and its gone up every year.. guess I'll find out soon) Cons First night I stayed here I found the cockroaches... Luckily they don't seem to be in my apartment so once the bug guy finally came and put in poison we stopped seeing them. However he said he's sure some apartment in this place must be crawling. All our food even boxed food is kept in ziploc bags... There are also termites. The place is OLD! This isn't necessarily a bad thing but they don't do any maintenance until something completely dies. When we moved in the wood that is our balcony wall was completely rotten. I put my finger straight through it in several places. This took 2 months to fix... Our shower wall started caving in took 2 months. so much more ...
