Kitchen Remodeling
A sprawling representation of Santa Barbara living. Originally built in 1950, this beach front property has been renovated to include walls of custom cabinetry and shelving, arched doorways of brick, bare wood beams, a dry sauna, and a Koi pond with added water fall.
Bathroom Remodeling
“Trillium was the General Contractor for a 2,800 sq ft home I purchased. We did a complete remodel including kitchen and bathrooms (the expensive rooms!), adding about 500 sq ft to the house. We also completely hard-scaped and landscaped the nearly one acre property. Peter Cohen and his team 1) created an itemized, accurate proposal so that we could properly budget the projects, 2) coordinated every sub-contractor and had them well-timed to keep progress going with a minimum of down-time, 3) respectfully and efficiently handled the inevitable questions we, as owners, had when things were different than what we understood, 4) fielded every “change order” with curiosity of exactly what we wanted and a prompt update of the estimate so we could make informed decisions, 5) finished the job timely and followed through on any post-construction concern for easily 12 months. Construction projects have so many variables and unknowns. To me, a person with whom one can communicate is essential to collaborate through the process. And producing results, not just empty promises and lip service. Trillium did a superb job and I absolutely recommend them.”
Flooring
Door Installation/Replacement
Designed to be an artist’s haven this 12,000 foot, five bedroom, eleven bathroom estate was remodeled with meticulous attention to detail and quality. The custom French doors and windows give a whimsical feel and show off captivating views of the ocean and mountains.

Other than the view, most noteworthy is the use of wood that turns this home into a work of art. The ceilings of this great home have been inlayed with wood to reflect the character of each room, and the addition of distressed Oak above doorways and around the fireplace give it a worldly ambiance.

New Construction
Zac's interest in residential construction was piqued in 2001 while spending a year working with Habitat for Humanity in Columbus, GA. Upon graduating from CSU Long Beach with a BA in Philosophy, he took a position as the Construction Manager of New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity to help with the rebuilding effort after Hurricane Katrina. Zac joined the Trillium team in 2008, where he has enjoyed the opportunity to further refine his managerial skills and construction knowledge. When Zac isn’t hard at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing pickup basketball games, or getting in a round of golf.

Window Installation/Replacement
Every detail of this four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home has been remodeled from its original state. Elevated ceilings with wood trusses, rich wood floors, and custom doors and windows make this home a prime place to reside.
