Pizza Hut

I have ordered pizza from this place for the past 2 months because apparently I have no other choice since is the only store near me. Every time I do so the person who takes my order tells me I have the wrong store and sends me to another store.I think I have talked to 3 different stores in the area and finally concluded that This was the store that belongs to my area. And every time I order the driver gets lost our my pizza gets deliver 1 and a half to 2 hrs later, yesterday I ordered a pizza and the same thing happened the driver delivered the pizza 1 hr and a half later when half of my party left. I demanded not to be charged for the pizza but since i ordered online they refused to give me a refund saying that it stated in the order that it would take an hr when he arrived 30 mins after the hr. I talked to the manager and they refused to do anything about it. Only after I complained for a while they finally gave me a $15 "store credit"

I'm so disappointed in the pizza that I ordered about an hour ago. I orderd the same thing last week and it was the best we have had in a long time. The pizza was very dry and it taste like it had been sitting under the lights for a long time.
