Horrible service. So bad, that I'd like to rate them a negative 10. UPS apparently hires drivers that can't read -- they can't even deliver the correct number of boxes! I have to call the company I ordered from and track down my remaining packages and I have enough things to do. Worse than that, they just left 3 boxes at the bottom of the street in the pouring rain. The boxes literally fell apart from being soaked with rain. Meanwhile the UPS policy is to deliver packages to your door, not leave them on the street for anyone to pick up. UPS is the absolute WORST!!!

I feel badly giving any stars. Got an email saying package was at my front door. It was not. Called customer service to saying it was not there less than half hour after the supposed delivery. I was told their records show delivery. I explained that it was not there. The first"agent" said it will take 8 days to research. They will contact the sender. I mentioned to just call the driver and asked him where he put it. No. He has to file a report. I was having a hard time with his accent and his understanding of the situation so I askrd to speak to a supervisor. Turns out this is all handled in Southeast Asia. Also that there were no supes available due to high call volume. I was just passing 24 minutes on my call. At this rate, the driver who was in the neighborhood at 9:30 will be at lunch in anouther town. I tried customer service again. (The local UPS center has an unlisted number.) I got Southeast Asia again.This guy said he will have a local rep call me. He sent an email to the US.

Horrible is the understatement. I have chronic problems staying home for packages, and getting a little sticky on the door, but no person at the door for me to get my package. I hate them. I have called and asked them to come at the end of the route, but they refuse, and for no reason. The guy is down the street, but won't come back. I ask for a supervisor and they put me on a machine. I hate them.
