JD Hobbies

A large and unorganized collection of plastic models of all genres, still in production and recently out of production. Very few if any are really rare models. However the prices are EXTREMELY HIGH! For example a 1/72 Lindberg Me-410 which I just bought on E-Bay for $3.00 plus shipping [about a dollar because it was bought with other kits] was $24.00! He's out of his mind! Even brand new re-releases of GLENCOE kits recommended for a list price of around $9.95 were priced at J.D.'s for $19.95 to $24.95! If you really got to have something that J.D.'s is selling you could go on E-bay or other shops online around the country and get it much cheaper. But if you can't wait then pay the piper at J.D's! There is a market for this kind of convenience. If you want to give a handout of cash for the convenience then it might be worth it to you. Its just less you can buy. I didn't meet J.D. He might be a nice guy. There's got to be some sort of following to this shop to stay in business. But I won't shop there unless he drops his prices by 75%. C.Elliott
