        At San Marcos Yoga we embrace yoga’s power to transform body, mind and spirit. Our goal is that each student also experiences the joy of practicing yoga for life. San Marcos Yoga uses a systematic progression of poses, as taught by yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar, to develop individual ability. Instruction is adapted so each person can participate at their own level. Precise words, props and demonstration help facilitate learning for people of all ages and physical abilities. As a result, even within the class, each person’s practice becomes singular and personal. The objective is to cultivate this endeavor for health and wellbeing. Our studio’s serene yet energetic setting is fully equipped with mats, blankets, straps, blocks and other props, including a specially designed rope wall. Our extensively trained teachers bring a new level of yoga instruction to San Marcos, and to all of Inland North County San Diego. San Marcos Yoga is located just off Hwy. 78 at San Marcos Boulevard and Grand Avenue. It’s easy to get here from Escondido, Carlsbad, Vista, and elsewhere through San Diego County. The brilliance of yoga is found in its promise of good health, clarity of mind, and serenity of spirit; it is indeed the song in our hearts. Join us on the yoga mat, and Let Your Heart Sing!
