Our overarching goal is to promote and maintain a level of service where our values and standards are upheld by our staff. We strive to maintain constant and high standards in our relationship with you, our client and their family members. When we fall short of that goal, Casa Funeral encourages their client-families to address service-related concerns before they become real problems, and certainly before they rise to the level of this review by not giving Casa Funeral the opportunity to remedy the situation. At times it may be appropriate to approach our staff directly with your concerns, providing them an opportunity to provide a better service. In the event that our staff is unable of handling the situation on their own, they are encouraged to consult their managers or supervisors or any resources available to them. Casa Funeral has a phone number to be contacted should your situation need to be addressed immediately and if called after office hours, a voicemail can be recorded so a representative can return your phone call.
