        Location
        At Balboa Park from downtown, use Park Blvd, look on the east side of the street for a large off-white building at the east end of a large parking lot shared with San Diego City College. Look for the bronze replica of the B24 Liberator, WWII plane, rows of flags. This building was the old Navy Chapel which was part of Balboa Naval Hospital, build in 1945. Everyone is welcome. Tuesdays are free. Event planners can plan their event here too.
