Integrity and fairness are the two words that come to my mind when I think of Hai's Auto Repair. This is a family owned shop that takes pride in their work and caters to their customers. I was pretty nervous going in because I knew I had a lot of problems; however, it's pretty reassuring when other customers who are waiting around you start telling you how good they are there. I am not able to get all the work done at once, so Hai's Auto repair have done a fantastic job explaining to me what needs to be done first and arranging a schedule so that I can get my car back in shape at a price I can afford! One of the few star smog stations in the area offering a fair price. Smog check took about 20 minutes. I was very pleased and would return again.

Always receive excellent professional service from Hais Auto Repair. They never insist on doing work that does not need to be done, instead they recommend what should be done in the near future. If there is a problem that should be addressed they will let you know and may give you a good deal on it. I recently moved out of Hillcrest but still continue to go back for their great service!!

Recommended to Hai's by a friend when I first moved to San Diego and have used their service ever since! Always pleased by the honesty and their ability to provide timely service. I've known that my car has needed a 100,000 mile checkup for quite a while and finally drove to the shop, they immediately checked over my car with me and priced out what should be done today and what could wait. I ended up getting everything done that day with great price and guarantee that my car would be ready at the end of the day! Will always use Hai's auto repair. Quotes from dealerships and other auto service shops have been much higher and not as trustworthy!

As always, the service at Hais Auto Repair 2 Inc was excellent. I appreciate the honesty that I can depend on. If there is something that they say needs to be done - it means that it should be done. If it can wait, they are honest about that.

They get the job done fast and for a decent price. I have taken my vehicles here for years and have never encountered any of the sneaky extra repairs you find at most other repair shops.
