BEWARE! Don’t buy if you haven’t given it a long, careful thought. They have great Customer Service UNTIL you want something other than buying it. I bought the cookware during the cooking demonstration because, even though it’s a really expensive product, I saw it as an investment. Well, I was told REPETEADLY during the demonstration the cookware would look shiny and like new for the rest of its life. Right after the first use, all my pots and pans have these horrible stains on them. I call them and they told me “the cookware is designed to do this, it’s just sodium residues from the food and to use powder used to clean Stainless Steel”. I used the powder (and A LOT of elbow grease, I had to scrub for like 15 minutes) and it worked. The problem is, I don’t want to do this every time I cook, and I feel like their sales pitch was misleading because I was NEVER told this was going to happen. Well I have contacted my representative, and I told her my concerns, and she referred me to someone else. She called me, and even though she was very nice and kind, she referred me to someone else. They were supposed to call me 3 days ago, but no one has called me so far.

Do not invite them to your hom...

Do not invite them to your home, do not go to their events, stay away! Their sales tactics are similar to a bait and switch. First off, one piece of cookware from their parent company, Salad Master is hundreds of dollars. A multi-piece set is $3,000! They attract people with their "free" cooking demo in your home and then convince you to schedule three more with your like-minded family and friends. We were told that even if no one came to the shows, the chef would still cook for us and we would still get some credit towards cookware pieces. Then we were told by another person that in fact I would not get anything free and the chef would not receive credit unless all of my friends came with their spouses. My friends were not willing to do this and everyone became uncomfortable, so I cancelled. If this is a free, no pressure event to experience top quality cookware that can "save your life", then shouldn't we be able to invite anyone of any stature who is interested? You have lost multiple customers by doing business this way. I found top quality "Waterless Cookware" online that looks identical to Salad Master at a fraction of the price.
