My friend used Mrs. Zimmerman in a child support case which I was closely involved in, and I must tell you Mrs. Zimmerman is on top of her game. Gail is one top-notched attorney!



We were extremely impressed with her responsiveness and, diligence in his case. She was always upfront with us, and always made a point of keeping us all abreast as to what was going on the child support issues/case.

I hired Gail Zimmerman after firing my first attorney. I was lucky to have found her for several reasons. She paid attention to detail and went head on with the opposing council. She spent a lot of time going over every detail of my case and didn't always charge me when I would call her over a panic attack. I hired her to do a divorce, paid her $1500 up front. I had a previous legal seperation which I gave her a copy of so everything was already divided. No kids. It should have been easy, an excercise in paperwork as soon to be ex and I have been separated for over a year.



She set the hearing date for 2 months down the road and proceeded to sit on my case for 6 weeks. 2 weeks from the date, she finally gets around to actually drafting the divorce decree and low and behold, soon to be ex has issues with it. I saw that one coming a mile away and had asked her about the paperwork a couple of times prior. She assured me everything was on track up until this point when it became obvious it wasn't. Less than a week away from the hearing, ex won't sign the paperwork, and I needed to have the divorce done on the planned day because I'd set other things in motion that depended on having a signed divorce decree. In the end it got done but I could have lived without the last minute stress.



Without being harsh, I was simply not impressed with her performance. Everything was divided, she even had a separation agreement to work from and yet it still turned into a mad scramble at the end. For $1500, I expected more.

A little expensive-but worth it!!! She is diligent and fast!
