Oakstone Apartments

The apartment leasers Samantha Landez, Minerva and Becca should all be ashamed of themselves. I have never witnessed a more unprofessional way to run apartments. These women should be FIRED for how they deal with and treat tenants. Samantha is the biggest snake of all and has LIED TO MY FACE just to get extra money out of me. Please save yourself the stress and KEEP LOOKING. Your rent will be advertised at one rate and they will charge you another rate with all the additions. Why not just make your lives easier and TELL THE TRUTH. For barely livable conditions and a maintenance crew that gets paid to do NOTHING, they are robbing you of your hard earned money. These women should seriously be indicted for their shady business practices, lies and mistreatment of tenants! Just horrible!

The apartment we moved into is DEEPLY infested with BED BUGS!!!



They admitted guilt yet expect us to live in the apartment suffering injuries constantly. They treated the apartment once and the infection got worst.



Management was also notified in the inspection that the patio glass door does not shut completely, nor lock and they never fixed it.



The balcony railing is disconnected on one side because of the excessive layers of mold rotting the wood and covering the stone walls.



The railing is so loose it almost killed our son one night because it shifted just from him leaning on it.



There is no hot water from every faucet except the shower which is too hot to take a shower.



The dishwasher does not work because of the plumbing problems.



The cold water has no pressure causing the toilet to not flush.



The water comes out a brown rusty color from every faucet.



We couldn't cook, clean, shower, use the toilet and most of all, we couldn't sleep. The bed bug bites were so intense that we had to move out immediately, throw out half of our belongings and seal the rest to put them into storage for 18 months to ensure they die.

we have lived here for 8 weeks and have been flooded 6 times we called maintenance and they came looked and said yep its flooding and went home. There is a ton of mold every one is sick from it. We went 4 days no hot water. We went 5 days no ac we were threatened by neighbor because our son looked at him as he walked by. It has sucked to the max

No hot water, water leaks everywhere, no help from the office they just keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow! Save yourself money and time find some other place thats not falling apart!

I can talk about how terrible my experience at Oakstone Apts was for days. Lucky for us we're moving out in 3 days. Our kitchen, dining room, and bathroom lights all don't work after numerous times of having someone come 'fix it'. We spent about an entire month in another apt because our A/C wouldn't cool the house, and were only reimbursed for SIX days. There is always something going on with the water pipes. There will be random times in the day when the water doesn't work and this happens 4-5 times a week. The staff in the office doesn't care about your problems and will say they're gonna do something but never do. If you move here, I guarantee your unhappiness.

I have never hated living in a place more than here. The AC has been broken for months now and nobody gives a crap enough to fix it. Ironically enough the A/C in the office, where the bad mannered staff works, is freezing and working perfectly. This place is a complete waste of money. I'd rather live in a dumpster. If I could give it negative 10 stars I would.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at in my entire life. My A/C doesn't work and after numerous calls, the repair man the office sent was more than less than useless. He suggested that it was the city of San Antonio's fault, and said that "everyone's apartment's are hot". I have called numerous times and they always send the same guy who never solves anything. The problem is that the A/C needs to be replaced but of course they wont spend the money. The apartments are poor quality and build. My bathroom door was broken and the plumbing is the worst in the world. The water literally changes from frostbite to fire in twenty seconds. It is impossible to manage a pleasant shower. Do NOT move here. It will be a total waste of time and money.

This place does not even deserve one star. I've lived there for almost a year and I HATE it. My husbands and my car have been vandalized FOUR times, in which each time the people working in the front office cared nothing about. There are drug dealers living under and around us. We have loud, obnoxious neighbors that we have complained about, but again no one in the office cares. Our air conditioner has been broken for almost a month now, yet the person who came to "fix" it did absolutely nothing. The "laundry facilities" have no working washers or dryers. I could go on forever, but overall this place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
