Nicholas & Barrera

My parents hired attorney Roy Barrera Jr when my son has turned 15 for indecency with a minor, never being in this any legal issues in the past we trusted the attoreny to his word. He asked my parents to cash out their credit cards to retain him. My son was on social security due to his diagnosis of Attention Deficit Disorder and Mood Disorder and this information was provided to Mr. Barrera. He was never evaluated, Mr. Barrera never fought for my son. He took the money and followed all the instruction of the procecutor. My son was removed from my home, he was put on 8 years probation w/many many stipulations after pleading true to the case as instructed by Mr. Barrera. My son is now 21 and in prison, but Mr. Barrera has no idea because in this case he took the money, never helped and never looked back. I guess my sons life was not important enough for him to fight for.

Michael (Tony) Reyes has done an excellent job representing me in a very complicated and serious case. I have had many lawyers in the past and Tony is by far the best I've experienced.

This office has a horrible attorney named Michael A. Tony Reyes. He works family cases. He was accused of embezzlement and stealing documents. I wouldn't trust him because he took my money! He said he was working my case when he really wasn't, he wouldn't answer or respond to my phone calls for weeks, and then said I didn't pay him to call. Needless to say I fired him, but I still got hit in the end. I am now paying even more money for someone to fix his mistakes! I don't know about the other attorney's, but stay away from "Tony"!
