let me first start with my daughters father took her to this place on her birthday what a horrible birthday present my daughter came home mad and when i saw her hair i was even mad she tells me the lady put chemical in her hair the burn her so bad and she tells the salonist and she replys "just cover your eyes" my daughter turned 16 but came home looking 25 with 4 diffrent colors in her hair not that her highlites were a little green and her hair was cut like dora the explorer .then to fine out the salonist was makeing rude comment to my daughter and talking about what a *ick one of the employe is and she cant stand him and then has the nerves to say im stupid to color her hair myself OMG and she is suppose to be doing hair for 20 years no respect and you send out a person looking like the way you did my daughters hair you should be ashame of yourself .i will not rate the place because the job this person did would not even get 1 star and i agree it all about the money the salonist didnt care about if my daughters hair was even health enough to do anything on it.it is sad that one person can affect this busniess

This is an excellent place to visit for haircut and manicure/pedicure. Since we relocated to San Antonio, we have become a regular customer of this place. I have found the staff to be professional and willing to provide the services needed. Their location is perfect and it is near to my work place. They are full service salon and spa that saves me a lot of time.

I had my nails done by one of the technicians there and I have to say that her work was not really all that great and she was very rude. Their prices are way too high for the quality of work that they provide. I will never step foot in that salon again. Also the entire time she was doing my nails one of the male techs would not stop talking to her and i felt it was rude. There was nothing warm or inviting about the atmosphere and their customer service was unprofessional to say the least. Just because you have a salon in a nice shopping center doesn't mean you can jack up the prices either.
