This is the best place Iv ever been to. The staff is friendly and nice, the place is clean. Most of all Your talked to like a Person!!!!!!! The Technicians know what there doing and don't have to keep resticking you. Thank You Biomat for taking Your Job serious.

Pack a lunch! This place is bad news! I spent 6 hours there waiting to sign up and donate and then I was sent away to try again tomorrow. Which, I'm not going! I waited, watched the manager wander around clueless to what was going on. The doctor doing Physicals just hung out talking to the techs and grinned at all of the people waiting! I waited 4 hours before I even took the first step of signing an information sheet. It states there that you shouldn't donate unless you ate within 4 hours! If you leave to get food, you miss your call. I ate a Snickers bar for an energy boost. At 6 hours when I finally got to start the physical, I immediately flunked the pee test saying I had elevated sugar level, and was told I had to do the whole routine again another day. I watched a room full of people waiting all day and noticed many rejected and now know why! Don't bother with this place, go over to Zarzamora.
