Basic Drafting Group

Do not use Basic Drafting Group or Custom Home Builder Bo Broll. I could go on and on but quite frankly have waisted enough time trying to obtain the designs that were paid for up front. TIme is money, and unless you have the time to deal with someone who is going to expect payment up front and in full and then screen your phone calls and ignore you then you can afford to go with either of these independent contractors. The time we have spent chasing down our home design (over 4 months!!!), is no longer worth the wait or his business. Never again.
