        We ordered two asiago chicken sandwich meals with grilled chicken. They were supposed to come with Bacon. Mine didn't. One was grilled, as we had ordered both of them, the other was fried. We ordered and paid for extra cheese. None on eith sandwich. The fries were vol so we waited 4 minutes for those. We paid $16.64. We REALLY didn't get anything we ordered. However, the customer service was good. We WON'T go there again!

        I wish there was a rating lower than poor. We stood at the counter clearly ready to order for approx 10 minutes without being acknowledged in the least bit. There was no "we will be with you soon" or eye contact made. Not only were we completely ignored by a regular employee but the restaurant manager as well. The manager was openly showing her frustration toward the employee for not ringing up the previous customer correctly. Had they been the least bit busy, I would understand but there were no cars in the drive thru and only one customer in the dine in area. It is a fast food restaurant so I don't expect flawless service but come on. Being an HR Director for a local company I notice the level of service I recieve. That being said, I would highly recommend to corporate, who I will be calling shortly, to remove the manager from that position based on poor customer service and poor management and leadership skills.
