Red Door Sub Shop

It was late when I arrived to order and I could clearly tell by the dismal and expressionless faces of the employees that they were counting down to closing. The girl greeted us after a few minutes and never once cracked a smile. I honestly dont remember seeing anyone smile. It wasnt very inviting at all. However it did smell clean like fresh bleach since they were cleaning the place to leave. Two out of our three subs were made wrong and that was after repeating our orders back twice to the skinny black girl with braids at the counter. (I'm black, so chill) Food was ok. Il stick to Subrunners tho where they are a lot more friendly and although you get less food, it's guaranteed to be delicious

What was once the best sub shop in Salisbury has become the biggest dump in town. I decided to give it one last go a few weeks ago and my order being completely wrong was the least of my trouble that evening. My food was made all wrong. The staff tried to fight me because they lied and said the driver brought back my correct order for the third time and he never showed up. This place is the worst sub shop in Salisbury. Staff and service is completely horrible and useless. I would eat out of a dumpster before I returned to this place. Oh..... They also wouldn't even refund my money after all of the screw ups and after I tried to bring the food back to them. A DUMP WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE TO EAT....

Found myself ordering from a long time business, Jack Stanley's Sub Shop, since the 1970's. its even better/ beautiful decor comforting , . unlike the other Dumps send a word to other shops

It took an hour and a half to get my food. The order was wrong and everything was cold and soggy. First and last time I ever order from there.

Awful experience! Their actual prices are higher than advertised, they charge $1.50 for delivery that goes right to the driver, even locally, and the girl with the bad attitude who answered the phone hung up on me twice. Even the manager was rude! $12.34 for a sub, drink and fries - not what I expected to pay when I ordered! They've ripped off other people in my building, too when ordering lunch specials. Crooked - my food wasn't even good! Your very poor customer service and deception have cost you several customers.
