Metro Heating and Cooling is the best. We've had them put in 3 furnaces in three different homes and a hot water heater as well. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, respectful, prompt, efficient, responsive. Just can't think of a marginal thing to say. All expectations met and more each time. I would highly recommend them!

After being told by Aspen Air my furnace was broken, but they would be glad to FIX IT, only to find out the next day by Metro, there was nothing wrong & Aspen Air was only trying to UPSELL me. Mike S, Metro's tech was professional, knowledgeable & very experienced! Will only be calling Metro the next time I need any service!!

Provided by SuperpagesMike S. took the extra step to go and get a product that was not sent by the manufacturer. He was able to get hot water back into my home and I am so grateful for the extra time he took to get that product. He was also so very nice and great with my 3 dogs!

Provided by SuperpagesThe staff at Metro Heating & Cooling was polite and helpful. They explained what they were doing and even re-aligned my dryer for me. I'm very happy with the cleaning of my dryer vents and air ducts. I will definitely use them again.

Provided by DexKnowsWarning: do not call Metro Heating/Cooling for any form of service! They take advantage of their customers and will find a way to scam you. Their service men are trained to do so. There are many other quality companies that will perform and give you peace of mind. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!
