Ladue Nails & Spa

This salon really deserves a rating of 0. but since it wasn't an option. 1 star will have to do.Staff here is completely rude and disrespectful! I will NEVER use them again. " Kim" at the Schneidhorst location says that they cannot mail gift certificates. They can ONLY be picked up. When I called back to ask if I could add a tip. she says the letter is already sealed. Completely LAZY and unaccomodating! I asked if she could do the transaction over. I get a response of "FINE, I GUESS" I tell her I would like to add a 20% tip to a 36 dollar mani/pedi and she says " Is that all?" I requested a receipt to be mailed to me and all she says is that we don't mail anything from here... A complete LIE as she claimed to be the manager and owner! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I have been going to Ladue Nails for a great number of years and i would have to bring my own nail colors.i really wish they would update their nail polish. i think they should take a little bit more time on my service. Occasionally when i get lucky, there is 1 girl that really get the job done right (skinny short hair girl) nice gal. i also notice food and drinks are all over the reception front, not very professional.
