They charge $85 just for showing up. They diagnosed the problem quickly and charged me $200 for the part. After they left I went online and found the part is widely sold for $25.

Terrible experience. Not recommended. Avoid them. I will never use their services ever again.......

I had JT Dunn install my system over 10 years ago. I just had them do a service call and was once again satisfied with the service they provide.

My furnace went out right as I was leaving work at 6 o'clock last night. I called Jt Dunn and he said all his workers were tied up and he wasn't sure he could get anyone out to myself. He then told me, the heck with it, he would come do it himself. He ended up charging me a lower price than we initially had discussed and he was super nice and very well mannered. I will definitely call Jt Dunn for help if I need any. Don't see how anyone could have anything bad to say about this company.

JT done got me back cool within a matter of hours. I don't see how anybody could have something bad to say about this company
