Dr. Steele has been a life saver for us! Our son( he's now 7) has had many dentistry issues over the past couple of years, including nervousness because of so many visits and work that needed to be done. Dr. Steele has been so patient and kind with him that he is now not afraid at all to have dental work done. We love Dr. Steele!

The entire staff is great with myself and my kids that range in ages from 8 to 2! The kids enjoy getting their teeth cleaned and love the awesome toy after.

I have nothing but great things to say about this office and it's staff. It's friendly, welcoming, professional, clean and most importantly, provides excellent dental care. I have three kids and they've all had great experiences and don't dread going to the dentist at all. They even get a prize from the treasure chest after their cleaning! Additionally, we have had to call Dr. Steele for an emergency with my youngest son at 7:30pm on a Friday night and he met us at the dental office 15 mins later. Not only is Dr. Steele a great dentist, he's a great person as well. I highly recommend this office.

We are very sad to read that Ericca W had a poor experience with our office. We strive to provide the highest quality of care to each of our patients and that includes a positive front office experience.



Unfortunately, I believe Ericca W.'s complaint resulted in confusion while reading over our welcome packet which we routinely send to new patients. In our welcome packet our cancellation policy is stated as outlined by Ericca W. in her complaint. However, we make allowances for things such as illness, poor road conditions, and extenuating circumstances. We do not enact this policy for things beyond our patients control.



Ericca W. was reading the policy embedded in the welcome packet she received in the mail and apparently mistook receiving the information packet as being billed for missing her appointment. She was not charged a fee for a cancelled appointment. Our office had also closed that day for the safety of our patients and staff, following the Berrien County Sheriff's Department notice advising people to stay off the roads unless in an emergency. Our office was closed each day the Berrien County Sheriff's Department issued such a notice because we care about the well being of our patients and staff, and in such circumstances we obviously would not charge a cancellation fee as our office is closed.



We have attempted numerous times to contact Ericca W. and have not been able to receive an answer or a returned phone call to try and resolve the matter. We sincerely hope we will be able to reach her to clear up any confusion that has arisen regarding our office policies. We wish her the best as she searches for a dentist that will best fit her needs.

I haven't seen Dr. Steele so I don't have a review on his service, however, I am very disappointed in his office policies. I had a scheduled appointment, but due to blizzard conditions and school being cancelled, I couldn't safely make it in. I called as early as possible to let them know and asked for them to call me back to reschedule. It was the same day notice, but I had no choice - the Berrien County Sheriff's Dept declared a road emergency and told people to stay off the roads. My work was closed as was Berrien County government offices. Two days later I receive a notice in the mail - I never got a call back to reschedule - just a notice that I am being charged $35 for not giving them 48 hours notice when canceling my appointment. Now, Three weeks prior when the first wave of bad weather hit, they kindly called me on the day of my original appointment to cancel it. Very disappointing. I will not be calling them back to schedule my first visit.

I had several teeth that needed extensive care as well as a routine cleaning. Dr. Steele was gentle, thorough, and explained each step. I was pleasantly surprised that there was very little pain and his steady hand worked quickly and carefully. As it took several visits, Dr.Steele asked me each time how my mouth/jaw was feeling, if there were any areas that didn't feel right, etc.



Dr. Steele's office was easy to find with parking close to the door. The office was nicely decorated, well lit, and very clean. The staff was wonderful - very caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable..



I am also impressed by the way Dr. Steele is giving back to the community through promotions to help support local charities. He and his staff truly care not only about their patients but all of us who live in the area.

Dr. Steele and his staff are wonderful. They treat you so well from the minute you walk in the door. I don't get excited about going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. The cleaning was fantastic and when I needed a filling, the whole experience was painless. Wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this office!
