Equinox Pool Service, LLC

We have used Equinox Pool Service since we moved here to St George last July. They have always performed well and we were always satisfied with their performance until the past few months. We were paying to have our pool brushed and vacuumed each and every week, however upon observing them with our outside camera system several times during the past months, they were only brushing the walls and never brought out a vacuum. When confronting them with this subject they made up some excuse about the wind being too strong for them to vacuum and that debris would just fly back in once they were finished. But the wind was not involved each time they were here the past two months. When asking them for some sort of resolution to this concern, they cancelled our service. I guess they must not need our business that badly. I was always satisfied or I thought I was satisfied with their service but I guess the joke was on me and I was being fooled.
