O'Toole Auto Glass

They did a great job with the initial windshield repair. When we had a stess fracture happen (nothing hit the windshield) that changed. I had looked at the windshield as soon as i noticed the fracture moving up the windshield and had 2 other people look at the windshield. There was no mark at all, just the fissure. When the service person came to our house it took me about 10 minutes to get outside where my car was parked in the driveway. I came out of the door, not even reaching the car to show him the crack and he immediately said it was a rock. I then lifted up the windshield wiper and magically under the windshield wiper was a divot. I put my finger on the mark as I was surprised and fresh glass shards came away on my finger. It had rained at least 3 times since the crack had started. How could there be fresh glass slivers? I asked the service person this and it was not received well. He ended up packing up his gear and leaving and they called to say they would not be providing service. Interesting that I couldn't question how this mark magically appeared when it wasn't there initially or the day before the service call, as it was viewed on both those occasions. When they need to replace or repair their own work the service and quality of customer relations was horrible. Will not recommend this business ever. Was quite disappointed by it all.

My wife's car would not pass inspection with her current windshield, happen to be at my insurance agents office that afternoon and asked who they recommended. The said there are a few they like to work with, but recommend O'Toole Auto Glass. I can honestly say I was not disappointed. My wife called and we had an appointment scheduled with in minutes. While on the phone they conferenced in my insurance company and confirmed we had a zero deductible and everything would be taken care of. Installer arrived ahead of the scheduled time, removed the old and installed the new, then took the time to explain everything prior to and after the install was done. I will be calling again if ever needed. THANK YOU

I had a big rock smash my windshield. I called my insurance company and they recommended O'Toole Auto Glass. O'Toole was very nice, easy to work with, and they answered all my questions. They came out to my house the next day and replaced the windshield. I highly recommend these guys!
