The Effort is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing high-quality health services at multiple locations throughout the Sacramento area. The Effort’s medical team consists of family physicians, pediatricians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. We provide comprehensive medical care for every member of the family, from newborns to seniors. We are here to help you achieve optimum health through high quality preventive care, treatment for minor illnesses or injuries, and management of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, asthma or high blood pressure.

Was really crowded. Took a really long time. Had a ton of paperwork wasn't too happy. Then taken back to the smaller room and waited even longer. During this whole time I had to run out to refill the meter which was expensive in downtown!
