        I brought my van in at 9 am fo...

        I brought my van in at 9 am for a check engine light. It took 2 1/2 hours for a call telling me they think it's a mis- aligned timming belt. I called back at 2:30pm to find out when my van will be ready, they told me it was not ready. I asked when it will be ready they could not give me a answer..." maybe this afternoon, may tommorrow morning ". They charged me 240.00 to re- align a timming belt!! It looks like it will ready a full day after I brought it in. It seems to me they over booked them selves, ( I had a 9 am appointment) and the results are slow repairs. If you go expect slow repair, to be over charged, a not knowing when the repair will be complete. They do have nice tv's and expensive coffee while your wasting the day.. it's like a doctors office.
